A strong part of the Brobrik culture we have built over the last 20 years is based around safety for all involved in the construction work we undertake. To pair with this culture of safe work, we are continually committed to creating an environment that allows all involved with our organisation to thrive in a safe space, so that we all get home to our families safely after our work day is complete.
From a technical stand point, Brobrik implements a powerful and strict Workplace, Health & Safety management plan which is governed by our health & safety officer, our project managers, and all foremen. In addition to this, all personnel involved with Brobrik from the top down are involved in the constant evolution of this plan. This management plan is individually crafted around each project, and all workers are trained in and inducted into the plan prior to commencing work on site.
To support this management plan, Brobrik also involves all personnel in external training programs that help contribute to our culture of safety, and the safety of all workers on site. All workers as a minimum have their Construction General Induction card (White Card) and Manual Handling training certificates, while all foreman as a minimum hold the White Card, High Risk Work cards, Project Manager & Safety certificates, and Blue Cards (traffic control).
